Phases
Phase #1 REACH 1-3 months
The REACH Phase (Phase 1) is the first stage of the program. During this phase, the focus is on:
Finding refuge in God's love and break free from addiction's grip.
- Welcome and intake process
- Spiritual foundations and goal setting
- Personalized planning and treatment
- CSA, Peer Support, Clinical Therapy- Lecorgan Counseling & Wellness
Phase # 2 RESCUE 3-6 months
The RESCUE Phase (Phase 2) is the second stage of the program. During this phase, the focus is on:
Discovering your identity in Christ, and grow in wisdom, hope, and purpose.
- In-depth faith-based recovery curriculum
- Counseling and therapy sessions
- Life skills training and education
- Spiritual growth and development
Phase 3: RESTORE 6-12 months
The RESTORE Phase (Phase 3) is the final stage of the program. During this phase, the focus is on:
From brokenness to wholeness. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, reintegrate into community, and walk in lasting freedom and fruitfulness.
- Preparation for transition to independent living
- Relapse prevention planning
- Continuing care and support
